A Computerized Logging System is maintained, of all Imported Materials and Equipment where Quality Assurance Test Certification details are recorded, and physically filed in alpha, numerical sequence of PETROQUIP Purchase Order Numbers.

TEST CERTIFICATION AND INSPECTION CERTIFICATES:

Test and Inspection Certification are also physically maintained on files for individual "Supplier / Manufacturer" and easily accessible for critical product information such as:
